Very good location just walking distance from the party places, convenience stores, delicious restaurants, shopping places and even the train stations! Great amount of diversity with staff and especially guests! Got to meet many people there from every corner of the globe! Generally clean, with staff constantly cleaning the facilities from the bathroom to the resting common room! A little more expensive compared to other hostels, but the location is definitely very convenient especially for those who like to go out to party and drink! Pretty lenient checking out process and leaving your luggage in their storage room all day long! Secure enough where you are given a number code to enter the hostel and even your floor and room! Made some great friends from everywhere, not just Asia, and got to communicate very well with them! Hoping to meet them again in the future!

The breakfast (2 slices of bread, margarine/jam/honey, 2 eggs, apple juice/coffee/tea, yoghurt) was good. The location (9 - 15 mins walk to the subways, Shinjuku Station) is great. Many convenience stores nearby (7-Eleven just opposite). Dormitory is ventilated. Ample space in the capsule bed (with a locker, shelf, space for a medium-sized backpack, light, power points, curtain). There's a lift. Ample number of toilets and bathrooms (shampoo/soap provided). Umbrellas available for guests to borrow. Great lounge with well equipped kitchen area and fridge for guests to use. Big space (with TV) next to the reception area for meeting people. Great hardworking friendly staff ready to offer whatever assistance they can. Baggage storage for use before check in and even after checking out (locked after 10pm) - my favourite feature.

I stayed here for 1 week and it was incredibly comfortable! I love the capsule style of the bunks as the privacy they give means that it doesn't feel like you are in a dorm! The shower room and toilets were always so so clean (I would see the staff cleaning them multiple times a day!!). The location is super convenient, with multiple conbinis along the street and 2 different metro stations nearby, so it was easy to go out and explore all parts of the city (especially as Shinjuku station is just 15 minutes away by foot) as well as to make the most of the Shinjuku nightlife! The staff were always super helpful and organised some kind of chill social event each evening for those who wanted to participate. I would definitely stay here again!!

This place is essentially a hostel. I wouldn’t stay in a hostel unless it’s in Japan. The other guests are considerate of one another, facilities are clean, bed area is comfortable and it feels private despite the beds being in the same room and only separated by wooden walls. bathrooms, showers, sinks are clean, efficient and nicely organized. Hotel is extremely close to shinjuku’s famous nightlife area. Definitely recommend this place to anyone on a budget.

When reading the comments, I was a bit worried about people staying there for longer period of time, but there was no problem. Everyone was considerate of the other, it was quite and bed was clean. Easy check-in, no need of check-out. Free wifi, own little desk inside bed area with locker for wallet etc. Walking distance from Shinjuku station, really cheap. I recommend it to everyone!
